The future of WENRICH PD Construction is one of continued growth and expansion. Since 2015, we have grown steadily year over year, expanding our capabilities and presence in the industry. In 2022, we secured two state multi-year contracts for fencing, further cementing our position as a leader in the field. As we focus even more on both temporary fencing and highway fence projects, our reach will extend throughout the state, allowing us to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This growth brings greater opportunities to provide livable-wage positions in the community, with a focus on training and employing more people of color and women. By creating a pipeline to the construction industry, we aim to empower underrepresented groups while building a stronger, more diverse workforce.
