Wendy Sullivan is the Founder and CEO of WENRICH PD Construction, LLC, established in 2015. A lifelong Minnesota resident, Wendy earned her BS in Sociology from the University of Minnesota: Twin Cities. She has held a General Contractor’s License since 2006 and a Real Estate License since 1990. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Wendy has led multiple businesses and served in leadership roles, including as Vice President and board member of the National Association of Minority Contractors-Minnesota. Dedicated to promoting equity, offering second-chance employment opportunities, and fostering career growth for marginalized communities, Wendy’s mission is to make WENRICH PD a leader in the commercial fencing industry.

Sandy spent the first 22 years of her career with a top regional CPA firm where she obtained a variety of experience helping many companies set and achieve goals through budgeting and forecasting.
Just before joining our team , she wrapped up a role as CFO for a multimillion-dollar restaurant franchise.
Her passion is delivering services that go beyond organizational expectations. Her expert technical abilities allow her to understand all the ins and outs of an organization, guiding them to achieve success.

Tim has spent 15 years working in Small to Mid-size MN manufacturing companies. He has experience handling all aspects of accounting, budgeting and forecasting, investigative analysis, cash projections and management. He also has experience with Six Sigma process improvement, system conversions and working on cross functional teams to lead companies to reach their goals.
Tim has an innate drive to learn new tasks and improve business processes to help clients achieve their goals. 
 

As the Business Development Director at WENRICH PD Construction, LLC, Jerrett brings a wealth of experience across various industries, including roles as an HOA Legal Advisor, Residential Property Development & Management Executive, and Small Business Director of Operations. He attended the University of San Diego and later focused his career on construction, development, and housing. Initially joining WENRICH as a business advisor, Jerrett has been a key contributor since the company’s inception, serving on its board. With a strong professional network, he excels at building and maintaining business relationships, driving growth and opportunity for the company.

Annika Christensen joins WENRICH PD Construction, LLC with over a decade of experience in construction project management and estimating. Her background includes managing residential and commercial projects from concept through completion, with expertise in budgeting, subcontractor coordination, compliance, and client communication. Prior to joining WENRICH, Annika held leadership roles at several construction firms where she managed projects ranging from $100K to over $1.5M. She is CAPM certified and proficient in a wide range of project management software, including Xactimate, Buildertrend, and Microsoft Project. Known for her results-driven approach and collaborative mindset, Annika is passionate about delivering quality outcomes and supporting the long-term success of the team.

Antawn Dukes joined WENRICH PD Construction, LLC in 2016 as a crew person and quickly advanced to Foreman within two seasons. With over 18 years of carpentry experience, he manages up to three crews across multiple projects simultaneously. During the off-season, Antawn also contributes to estimating future projects, continuing to provide valuable expertise and leadership to the team.


 

Jessica Ford has been a Construction Superintendent at WENRICH PD Construction, LLC since June 2022. She oversees daily site activities, ensures safety compliance, coordinates with General Contractors, and helps maintain project schedules. Jessica leads regular coordination meetings and ensures crews are equipped and the site is clean and safe. With OSHA 10 certification and a background in logistics, direct support, and office management, she brings strong organizational and leadership skills from various industries to her role.
